Studio 413 is committed to the integration of sustainable design in to create resilient places for people. We actively support the Governments biodiversity net gain agenda, which is an approach that aims to leave the natural environment in a measurably better state than beforehand.

Places are soulless without people.

Placemaking is a multi-pronged approach to the planning, urban design and management of public spaces. It maximises a local community’s assets, inspiration, and potential, with the intention of creating public spaces that promote people’s health, happiness, and wellbeing. In essence, transforming places to live.

We provide expertise in the art of making places and the establishment of frameworks that facilitate successful, sustainable developments. We offer expertise in site planning and green infrastructure and placemaking.

We aspire to create places which bring pleasure to people on a daily basis. Our designs address key issues of concern in the built environment today, whether it is climate control, regeneration, protection of biodiversity or the prudent use of natural resources.
